💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy
By booking with Deja Victoria Beauty Co., you agree to the following terms: 🔁 Service Credit Policy
If you cancel or reschedule, your payment will be held as credit for future services within the same calendar year. Cancellations or changes will not be honored within 14 days of show. You will forfeit your payment.
You may transfer your credit to a different show we are attending in the same year -$50 Fee applies.
Credit is non-transferable to other people. No exceptions.
If credit is not used by year-end, your payment is forfeited. ⏱ Missed Appointments If you miss your appointment and we make accommodations to fit you in later — and you still do not show — your payment and/or deposit is forfeited. No credit or refunds will be issued in this case. 💰
Deposits? Yes, you can pay a $75 non refundable deposit to hold your spot.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all refund and cancellation terms above.


These policies allow us to operate efficiently and fairly for all clients.



BY BOOKING:
You agree not to contact any member of the beauty team directly regarding bookings, shows, or events. I rely on my artists to represent our team at events, and all event-related communication should go through me. Contacting team members directly—especially regarding shows where we are not the official beauty vendor—can create conflicts and undermine our professional relationships. Doing so may result in you being banned from future bookings and will also be reported to the OCB.
