By booking with Deja Victoria Beauty Co., you agree to the following terms: 🔁 Service Credit Policy If you cancel or reschedule, your payment will be held as credit for future services within the same calendar year.
You may transfer your credit to a different show we are attending in the same year — no penalties or fees.
Credit is non-transferable to other people. No exceptions.
If credit is not used by year-end, your payment is forfeited. ⏱ Missed Appointments If you miss your appointment and we make accommodations to fit you in later — and you still do not show — your payment and/or deposit is forfeited. No credit or refunds will be issued in this case. 💰 Deposits Yes, you can pay a $50 deposit to hold your spot.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all refund and cancellation terms above.
