Here’s everything you need to know about where and when your glam services will take place. 📍 Location OCB Shows: Services are provided on location at the host hotel, a nearby hotel, or at the venue itself. Your exact location will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
⏰ Appointment Start Times Show Type Location
Typical Start Time OCB Venue 6:30-7:30 AM and HOTEL 4:45AM
Special Deja Requests As early as 4:00 AM (depending on show & athlete)
Show Type Location Typical Start Time NPC Hotel or Gym 3:30 AM – 8:30 AM (varies by show) 🕒
Confirmed Appointment Times If you tan with Body Beautiful Bronzing, you will receive your appointment time 3 days prior to the show. If your tanning vendor is Tini Bikini, you will receive your appointment time prior to peak week.
📧 Important: Email Your Tanning Time If you use Body Beautiful Bronzing, please email your tanning appointment time ASAP. If you don’t have it yet, let us know. If you’re using self-tanning, please inform us ahead of time.
💇 Hair & Makeup Timing vs. Tanning Hair and makeup appointments may be scheduled before or after tanning. If makeup/hair is done before tanning, don’t worry — it does not affect your tan.
If any issues occur, we will fix them to ensure you look flawless on stage.
⚠️ Do I Tan My Face? Absolutely NOT!
Tanning your face can dry out your skin and cause foundation patchiness and poor makeup longevity.
