Welcome, competitors! Here’s everything you need to know about where and when your glam services will take place.

 

📍 Location OCB Shows: Services are provided on location at the host hotel, a nearby hotel, or at the venue itself. Your exact location will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

 

⏰ Appointment Start Times Show Type Location Typical Start Time OCB Venue 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM Hotel Earliest: 5:30 AM Special Deja Requests As early as 4:30 AM (depending on show & athlete) Show Type Location Typical Start Time NPC Hotel or Gym 3:30 AM – 8:30 AM (varies by show)

 

🕒 Confirmed Appointment Times If you tan with Body Beautiful Bronzing, you will receive your appointment time 3 days prior to the show. If your tanning vendor is Tini Bikini, you will receive your appointment time prior to peak week.

 

📧 Important: Email Your Tanning Time If you use Body Beautiful Bronzing, please email your tanning appointment time ASAP. If you don’t have it yet, let us know. If you’re using self-tanning, please inform us ahead of time.

 

💇 Hair & Makeup Timing vs. Tanning Hair and makeup appointments may be scheduled before or after tanning. If makeup/hair is done before tanning, don’t worry — it does not affect your tan. If any issues occur, we will fix them to ensure you look flawless on stage.

 

⚠️ Do I Tan My Face? Absolutely NOT! Tanning your face can dry out your skin and cause foundation patchiness and poor makeup longevity. Need assistance? Contact us anytime if you have questions about your appointment or show day preparation.
